iPhone降价后...

9月5日的发布会上Steve Jobs宣布iPhone大降$200之后，引起了很多早先购买iPhone用户的愤怒。不过Apple还是挺厚道的，这不，Apple CEO, Steve Jobs发布一封公开信，表示所有之前以$499和$599购买iPhone的用户都可以获得$100的退款购物券！（感谢fisio提醒） :)

Therefore, we have decided to offer every iPhone customer who purchased an iPhone From either Apple or AT&T, and who is not receiving a rebate or any other consideration, a $100 store credit towards the purchase of any product at an Apple Retail Store or the Apple Online Store. Details are still being worked out and will be posted on Apple's website next week. Stay tuned.

事实上，苹果在很早以前就有了一个保护消费者利益的“价格保护政策”。内容大致是，在购买某产品后10个工作日之内，如果该产品降价，则可根据降价幅度获得一定数量的退款价值的补偿。这样的政策是非常人性化的。这次iPhone降价来的非常突然，而且降价幅度巨大，达到了1/3，所以Jobs决定，让所有iPhone购买者都能享受这个退款补偿优惠。

唉，不知道哪一天国内的公司也能有这样的觉悟！
